warm 110°F water whole psyllium husk whole flaxseed superfine almond flour (or choice of seeds) raw pumpkin seeds (or choice of seeds) organic coconut flour fine sea salt active grain-free sourdough starter

Ingredients

Reserve a few days to make a grain-free sourdough starter (homemade wild yeast)

Mix by hand or with a bread machine,  rise the dough for 3 to 5 hours and  bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes up to  1 hour and 30 minutes.

Instructions

Enjoy fresh or toasted!
