NOT WHEAT- FREE

BREAD INGREDIENTS

450g Caputo GF flour 300g hemp milk 240g warm 95°F water 10g coconut sugar 8g active dry yeast 8g sea salt

(Baked in Bread Machine)

Use the gluten-free setting on your bread machine with a mix, rise and bake cycle.

PIZZA CRUST INGREDIENTS

300g Caputo GF flour 130g hemp milk 120g warm 95°F water 10g extra virgin olive oil 5g active dry yeast 3g sea salt

(Baked in Oven)

Bread is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 210°F.  Total time in bread machine approx. 2.5 hours.

Mix and rise pizza crust dough for  2-3 hours  (or longer).  Shape and bake!
