How to Make Pure Maple Cream

1-Ingredient (No Dairy)

Makes 2 cups in 1 hour

Bring 2 cups of pure maple syrup to a boil (234°F).

Cool boiled syrup.

Start hand stirring.

Stir some more, about 20-30 minutes.

Stir until the cream is lighter in color.

Transfer maple cream to a jar or bowl.

Refrigerate.
