Ingredient List

– Whole psyllium husk – Warm 110°F water – Pure maple syrup – Plain vegan yogurt  – GF oat flour – Brown rice flour – Sorghum flour – Tapioca starch – GF baking powder – Sea salt – Raisins (optional)



Combine and mix the psyllium with half the warm water. Add the yogurt. To the wet mixture, add the dry ingredients and the remaining water and mix until combined. Transfer to parchment paper, shape, brush with yogurt, score with a cross and bake in a preheated @425°F oven and Dutch oven for 30 mins covered, 10-20 mins uncovered, and cool. Enjoy!
