My youngest created this yummy smoothie drink. The drink’s light orange reddish colour was a nice change from our regular green drinks. Great as a snack or dessert.


  • 3 ripe Ataulfo mangoes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut kefir, coconut yogurt or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 8 small strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 8 ice cubes*


  1. Purée all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Serve in your favourite glass and enjoy!


*Coconut water ice cubs would work great with this recipe.
