Gluten-Free Vegan Blueberry Scones
Such a yummy recipe! Made this and turned out great! It wasn’t as dry as I would prefer ( I like a dry hard scone haha) but it was really good. I added too many frozen blueberries which I think resulted in not as firm scone. It was fun to make and didn’t require too much focus. I would make this again. I feel like I know what to expect this time around and am able to try again! I think I might add some sugar on top as well! 😋


Maple Lemon Sourdough Cake
I made this cake and it was delicious! I hadn’t any sorghum so I decided to use white rice flour, brown rice flour, and buckwheat flour. I also didn’t have lemon extract. But I really wanted to make this! I was worried of the outcome but it was amazing even still!
It was a little firm but seriously good. A nice simple cake that was cozy. My husband loved it too! Right out of the oven was amazing and from there we microwaved servings and still was good. Really simple cake since I already had the starter made! Would DEFINITELY do this again. Might be fun to play will some lemon frosting if it were a special event cake. Thank you Chantal!

Oh my gosh. I am so glad I found you!!!! We are vegan gf and buy organic. There aren’t many options out there. One day I wanted bread. And I googled. I was overwhelmed and doubted what was out there. I found fresh is real and was so happy!!!!! I began daydreaming of all these recipes. I made this one earlier today. WOW. we waited all day to have it and we were so excited!!! So delish. Tastes like normal bread! Great crust. great everything. I can’t wait to make more!!! SO GOOOOOD!
