This was not a super fussy recipe. I even forgot that the dough should be stickier so I didn’t add any extra liquid, however they turned out perfectly (and I didn’t have to flour my hands or the board). I only measured and did not weigh the ingredients which may have been the reason behind the drier dough. I also live above 5000 ft (~1600 m) and did not adjust for the altitude. They are soft and chewy inside with a nice crust on the outside. I will be making these again!
