We made this recipe last night, and I loved it.
Just one quick question.
I saw that in your video the bagels sunk in the boiled water and after a little while they float, but mine didn’t sink at all! So, I was not sure how long I had to leave them in the water.
I left them until my heart told me it was right haha
They turned out pretty delicious, anyway!
I am making them again and again!
