Amazing crackers! I’m so glad I found this recipe. I refreshed some discard that had been sitting in the fridge for weeks, allowed it to warm up for four hours and then went ahead. I used a mixture of white rice, almond, buckwheat and gram flour. Approx 20mins at 180 Celsius and so moreish.
