Hi … I just finally successfully made my own gf starter (your easiest gf starter 🙂 and was so happy and nervous at the same time not knowing what to do with the discard. So glad I found this recipe and rebaked twice already, these are so good. I used 3 types of flour (sorgum, white rice and fermented cassava flour). Thanks Chantal for sharing this fabulous recipe.
