Comment on Gluten-Free Sourdough Without Psyllium by Joy.
My dough did not rise at all. I’m curious what I did wrong. I used a 100% sorghum starter which is a week and a half old. It smells good and bubbles nicely in the jar after each feeding. I then followed the recipe using sorghum flour and Tigernut flour as the recipe states and followed all the other directions. After I mixed the dough and left it for 4 hours, it did not rise at all. Any suggestions as to what I did wrong?
