This bread is absolutely a 5 star recipe! I have been baking gf sourdough for almost a year, and this is the loveliest balance of texture and flavor that I have found thus far. I have made this recipe quite a few times in the last month or so and it is perfect every time. I’ve gifted it to several of my fellow gf friends and they have all loved it as well. Thank you for a recipe full of wholesome ingredients that give us the opportunity to enjoy fresh, fluffy, and gluten-free bread!
