I’ve made the sourdough starter and it’s worked perfectly. So now I’m ready to bake my bread. I had a question though, could the wild yeast df/gf recipe be used to make a baguette? We just recently have had to cut out yeast along with dairy and wheat so I had mastered gf/df yeast recipes and I’m now trying wild yeast sourdough.
