Comment on Flour Guide for Gluten-Free Vegan Baking by Alina.

I love your website Chantal 😊
You say that oat, white rice and buckwheat can be ground by ourselves. What about all the other grains? Can they be milled at home too or are they more tricky?

How do we decide that the flour we make is fine enough and good for baking? How do we get it uniform?
What do you recommend specifically to grind flour? I am in Canada too so it might be easier to recommend. I do have the Cuisinart spice and nut grinder but I find that the stuff closer to the blades is finer, turning into butter while the spices closer to the top are bigger. For spices grinding it is not a big deal if the result is uneven but probably more tricky for flours. How do you use your spice grinder to get even results with flour?
I am looking forward to your response.
Thank you
