I am excited to try this recipe. I am curious if there is a way to omit the baking powder and let the sourdough starter do the rising for me? I live at 7000 ft in the Rocky Mountains and baking powder never rises for me. Could I allow time for the brownies to “proof” so to speak? What do you recommend?
