I did have to substitute a few things but it still turned out outstanding! I used chia seeds instead of flaxseed meal (didn’t have that one on hand) and I used buckwheat flour instead of sorghum. These turned out moist and fudgy with a nice almost crusty top. I think I’m going to have to have another one…if my kids left me any!
Btw, I used brown rice flour sourdough and I followed your instructions.
