This looks like a great recipe! Please clarify what the consistency of the mixture should be on Day 1 after adding water “with just enough water to stir”? Should it be like a paste? Approximate grams of water you’re adding to the 32g of flour? Organic cassava flour is spendy; specific info on the amount of water you use would be really helpful. Any information you provide is much appreciated. Thank you!
