Hi Chantal, thanks for this recipe! What do you think might be a good substitute for buckwheat as that’s not allowed on my diet. The only grains I eat are millet and sorghum, so wondering if those flours would work? Ideally it would be totally grain free but that’s some flexibility I have. Thanks!
