I love this recipe! I’ve done it twice the only thing is that inside it is very doughy after the 25+25 minutes. I baked it in a cast iron Dutch oven pot with oven set up on both up and down grills on and 220 Celsius. Anything I could do differently? Thanks

I didn’t see this answer before. Ignore the other comment. I recently moved to Portugal and this oven is in Celsius I will try next time with only bottom heat. I also bought a new convection oven from IKEA and will have to experiment with it soon, never had one. Thank you!
