Comment on Wild Yeast Bread (GF/V) by Barb.

I tried this recipe using just ground flax, as I didn’t have the psyllium powder, and followed the rest of the recipe as directed. The loaf tasted amazing, but was very dense. My spouse liked the flavour, but found it too hard to eat, so I made bread crumbs with the remainder of the loaf. Today I am attempting my second loaf, this time with the psyllium powder. What a difference in the feel of the dough! I have 5 more hours of rise time to go, but I am hopeful! I will update you on how it turns out. Thanks for all your hard work and sharing these recipes!
