I made this recipe exactly as shown with homemade hemp milk. It was so dry and very crumbly. I couldn’t cut it without it falling apart. It also burned my tongue and yes it was cooled! I made no substitutions. What a waste of expensive ingredients and a total letdown as I haven’t had bread in 7 months. How can you know if you need more liquid before bread is baked? It looked EXACTLY like your dough.
