Comment on Yeast-Free Gluten-Free Vegan Bread by Danielle.

Help! I’m trying to make this bread for a friend who has allergies to everything. I had to substitute a lot. I substituted white rice flour for the oat flour because she’s really allergic to oats. I used molasses instead of the coconut palm sugar because she can’t do any sugar or honey. I had macadamia milk (store bought) so I used that. The bread came out really dense and kind of gummy and NOT bread textured. I am not going to be making homemade milk. What milk suggestions do you think I could use? Is there something I can use instead of oat flour to give it some substance? I am trying to figure out if the psyllium husk is also what made it sense and gross. Please, any thoughts are helpful! She needs my help quickly!
