Hi Chantal, How do you think the taste and texture would differ if I ground up some sprouted quick oats (from One Degree Organic Foods) compared to grinding regular thick cut rolled oats? Also, I have whole psyllium husk seeds; should I grind the whole seeds to a powder? What do you think would happen if I kept them as seeds? Thanks for your help!
