Hello, I am new to baking using GF sourdough. I have my starter almost ready to go but will like to know what I can subsitute arrowroot with? I have corn starch at home. Is it the same ratio? Also can I sub brown rice with either oat or buckwheat. And do I have to change any other ratio if so.. thanks!
