Hi! I cannot have tapioca, cassava or arrowroot. Can I just increase the other flours yo that amount? I follow Trim ?Healthy Mama way of eating, and being gluten free, it has been very difficult finding bread recipes that fit into their criteria. It is a very healthy and not a diffiway if eating, but they do not allow foods that may spike your blood sugar.
