Made these today! They are SO great…I chose to make the maple cream and use that as the glaze on some, leaving others plain. I had a few changes, I used 2c sorghum flour, 1/4c flax meal (instead of the sorghum, brown rice and millet), 1c arrowroot (instead of potato and arrowroot). The rest of the ingredients I used as directed. If I didn’t know these were GF vegan, I would never guess, they are awesome! I was going to add a picture, but don’t see how I can.
