Thank you so much for all of the information! I have my sourdough in the oven as my house is still a little chilly for fermenting, the average temp is 80. I have tried this recipe with brown rice flour and it does pretty well until the end of day 6, then more clear fluid appears on top and it goes completely flat with no bubbles. What am I doing wrong?
