Comment on Gluten-Free Sourdough Without Psyllium by Sherry.

Good day,
I am planning to try this recipe. My starter is about 10 days old. Is that too soon? It is with brown rice flour. My medically complex kiddo’s guts can’t handle a lot of foods and so I have turned to gf sourdough. But psyllium husk is to binding. I have only made a couple recipe with my discards, and he is plugged right up. Yours is the only recipe I can find without psyllium, but I really need bread that can work for his school lunches and not be crumbly and fall apart. We can use some flaxseed meal and chia seed…do you have suggestions for how to incorporate some of these? Will try the recipe this week without any binders while I wait on your response. Thank you so much for this recipe! I was feeling so hopeless until I found it.
