Buckwheat Hemp Bread (GF/V)
WOW!! This recipe is amazing Chantal! 🙂 I ran out of sourdough starter and was really craving bread so naturally I found myself looking for a recipe on your website that called for active yeast and decided on this one. I am so glad I gave it a go! It was super easy to make and taste sooo delicious! My hubby said “I was not expecting this from gluten free bread, moist and fluffy, this is my fav so far!” And I couldn’t agree more! I did 1 cup of brown rice flour since I didn’t have any white rice flour, I used cornstarch instead of potato starch, almond flour as my nut flour and soy milk instead of hemp. I will be making this recipe again and again, thank you lovely x

Simple Sorghum Sourdough
Made this loaf and was sooo pleased with the results! My husband said the house smelled like a bakery and that the bread was so fancy looking AND the best he’s had. And I agree, much better and cheaper than going to our local gluten free bakery. And so much fun 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!

Sorghum Sourdough Starter
I attempted a teff starter a while back to make injera but caved in and used store bought yeast.. and thought it was just too much work. BUT I followed your recipe and simple instructions and now have a big batch of sorghum starter thanks to you! As someone commented before, a liter jar is not enough.. it’s simple math really. If you add two cups of flour and two cups of water by the end of day two then naturally your jar is full. So my starter is now in a 2L mason jar and has plenty of space to expand. I made a loaf and buns with this starter and am sooo pleased with the results. Thanks Chantal!

Gluten-Free Sourdough Rolls
AMAZING! The best little gluten free buns I have ever tasted! I did sorghum flour instead of brown rice and almond flour as the nut flour and they turned out sooo delicious. Enjoyed some fresh buns with some vegan cheese and will eat the rest with soup tomorrow. Very easy to make and super yummy, thanks for the recipe. My goal is to try all your recipes 🙂
