Chantal thank you so much for taking the time to share this beautiful recipe and respond to all the comments. My first attempt was a success. I would love to know if the outside ever achieves a crispness? I left mine cook directly on the rack for 9 minutes and whilst it looked perfect and had a bit of a crust, I would love that crunch. Not sure if this is possible with GF?
