So pleased with this recipe! I used almond flour in place of sunflower and store bought almond milk because that was what I had on hand. Turned out great! I have made it two more times and it has been a big hit with my kids. Going to try again with corn starch instead of potato since I am out. I love how versatile and easy this recipe is! It is so wonderful to be able to tailor a bread for our family’s allergy needs.
