This is the most incredible large, dense, tastiest loaf by far!
The first time I made it I did not use 2 full cups of starter. (I misunderstood the directions)
This time, I also used the pilot light in the oven with the door closed, which was the perfect amount of warmth to cause a beautiful rise.
