Hi Chantal,,

Just tried your GF bread recipe. Although it is dense and heavy and did not rise at all, I don’t mind this – I like dense bread. However, it turned out very moist – works OK as toast, which is fine, I love toast. But I like sandwiches too, and would really like to get it right. I followed your instructions and ingredients so don’t know what went wrong. I am new to GF baking, so need your advice on how best to modify to achieve a dryer loaf. I do thank you for sharing your expertise with the world.
