Is there a substitute for the oat flour, rice flour, and coconut sugar? Would replacing the oat with sorghum flour and replacing the rice flour with buckwheat flour work? Also could I use regular sugar instead of coconut sugar? I have quinoa flour and a combo of garbanzo and fava flour that I have but don’t know how to use haha not sure if those would work at all either by chance?
My kids are allergic to rice, coconut, oats, and almond.
