I substituted the rice flour with buckwheat as I was out of rice flour but otherwise followed this as written—topped with flax and sesame seeds. it is tasty and makes good toast but a bit dense and didn’t really rise, so wondering if my baking powder was old! Also might add a bit more water. I used weights rather than volumes. Looking forward to trying it again with new baking powder!
