I have been gluten, yeast, wheat, egg, dairy, almond, and oat free for a little over 1 week and found your recipe. I have never made bread in my entire life, however, I LOVE nothing more than some good bread. I took the risk and made a loaf in a 7.5×3.5 pan. I used simple truth gluten-free, vegan, all purpose flour mix, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, and the recommended 1tbs of baking powder and the bread is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUSLY AMAZING.

1. Thank you so much for this recipe, it helped me realize that there is light at the end of the tunnel and 2. I cannot wait to make more of your recipes.
