Hi! I just baked this for the first time. Thank you! The recipe was easy to follow. My bread did not rise that much. I wondering if you have suggestions. Also, can you please explain your process of getting 1 cup of starter? I have my starter on the counter and feed it every day. But I only feed 50 grams. So that doesn’t really make about 1 cup of starter. I end up putting some in the fridge. Do you suggest doubling my starter to get to 1 cup? Or do you have a process to revitalize the starter in the fridge?
