Thank you for this amazing and life changing recipe. I used the 3 tablespoons psyllium husk as suggested in one of your posts for my 2nd try and achieved much better texture. I also replaced oat flour with quinoa flour as I can’t eat oats and it worked out great. I found it also works well with cinnamon and raisins added at the end for a fruit loaf. I’ve never baked bread and am now baking twice a week with your recipe.
