I forget I am at 6,5000 ft. It took a very long time to boil to 234 and then when I put it in the ice bath in the fridge it never got down to 100 before crystallizing. I still persisted in stirring it, and then kneaded it like soft dough to get it creamier. I think it will spread. Not sure how or what to adjust.
