This is my new favorite bread! I am vegan and gluten intolerant, and I have tried many bread recipes. This is my third week in a row baking a loaf of this bread. It has come out perfectly each time. Not at all crumbly or gummy, perfect slicing consistency. I slice it up into about 15 or 16 slices and have my toast every morning.
