Hi I made this last night and it came out very dense. The taste was ok but very dense. The only substitution I made was casava flour instead of sorghum bc i can’t have it. My gluten free baking powder ingredients are monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and corn starch. You think maybe too much water?? please help!
