Comment on Yeast-Free Gluten-Free Vegan Bread by Mallory.
I just bought all the ingredients to make this today but totally forgot that my daughter is sensitive to oats. What can I use instead of oat flour? I have all the other flours listed. Maybe combine the others to total 1 cup? Or would more of one or another work best? I don’t have any other types of flour than the ones listed in recipe.
I am following low fodmap and am sensitive to eggs and white rice. My daughter is senaitive to oats and we both are to yeast. Thanks in advance.
