My starter is not doubling in size. I usually discard to 100 g before feeding. But I see you only discard one or 2 tablespoons or sometimes do not discard at all until the jar is full. Is it possible to discard too much? (I am accustomed to discarding down to 10 g with gluten sourdough starter!) Thank you for help:)
